I helped shape the product from 0→1, designing both the web platform and mobile app to give businesses a 360° view of their operations — from customer and student management to invoicing and day-to-day administration.
Working within the constraints of a lean, part-time team, I used AI extensively to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design production. This helped us reduce design time and cost, launch faster, learn from real usage, and continuously improve the product as we grew.
